Manager Sales Pricing Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead a team executing and analyzing end-to-end pricing workflows for Deviation of Policy (DOP) quotes.
• Oversee daily workflow management to ensure requests are processed and approved within defined service level expectations.
• Monitor workload distribution, capacity, and pipeline health to proactively address bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-impact, or time-sensitive deals.
• Implement and monitor KPIs such as volume, turnaround time, and approval cycle time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, transparency, and scalability of pricing processes.
• Review and validate pricing recommendations for margin optimization and deal competitiveness.
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and internal controls.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Business Units, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or operations.
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and high-volume workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365, specifically Excel.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis, and deal evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
