About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic and operational planning
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales by customer to identify trends, risks, and business drivers
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and profitability
  • Advise senior management on cost management, pricing strategies, and market developments
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end closing and revenue recognition
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to understand market and territory-based sales trends
  • Manage system processes for revenue accounting, sales deferrals, and rebate calculations
  • Evaluate equipment sales recognition in accordance with IFRS standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, Business Planning, FP&A, or Finance
  • Proven expertise in building and analyzing complex financial models
  • Hands-on experience with month-end closing processes and accounting collaboration
  • Proficiency in BI tools, advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling, and ERP/financial systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience within the Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
