About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional account executives to provide operational support for territory-specific strategic account pipelines.
- Manage large-scale B2B projects, including preparing RFPs, creating project plans, and coordinating execution with call center support teams.
- Oversee project status in collaboration with logistics and call center teams, managing quoting, revisions, payments, and order entry.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Sourcing, Inventory, Planning, and Logistics to provide project updates and details.
- Support product information requests, alternate bids, upselling opportunities, and stock checks.
- Assist Business call center teams with triage plans for customer escalations.
- Participate in account executive pipeline sales reviews.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on organizing large-scale projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Expertise in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey business needs and concerns to internal and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
