Manager, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and workforce trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize effectiveness
• Monitor provider referral activity and recommend strategic interventions
• Deliver sales KPIs and KLIs with actionable insights and ROI analysis
• Develop and scale sales enablement programs, tools, and resources
• Own and optimize sales technology including CRM administration and analytics tools
• Manage and develop the Sales Operations and Support team

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in sales operations, growth strategy, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in multi-site healthcare services or private equity-backed organizations
• Proven success leading teams and improving performance through data and process
• Deep familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
• Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical claims data or similar datasets
• Background in internal consulting, strategy, or chief of staff roles
