Manager, Sales Operations - APAC

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the annual forecasting cycle and demand planning process for the APAC region.
• Develop performance tracking dashboards and lead the business review cycle.
• Partner with APAC Commercial leads to provide strategic support and drive a data-driven mindset.
• Identify and structure KPIs to measure business performance in collaboration with BI & Analytics.
• Implement external data analysis projects to provide enhanced market insights.
• Analyze user enhancement requests to improve business processes and enable automation.
• Manage project timelines and perform ad hoc analytics to support priority strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy or operations.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience with data management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce.com.
• Experience transcribing business requirements and creating detailed project plans.
