Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for sales hires
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
  • Optimize lead handoffs and identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle
  • Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
  • Track and report on KPIs such as win rates and rep productivity through dashboards

Requirements

  • Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or operations
  • High proficiency with HubSpot CRM and tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and buyer journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
