Manager Sales

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies, business plans, and budgets for the Japan region.
• Identify key prospects, qualify opportunities, and develop long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Analyze region-specific market trends and requirements to increase market share for various solution areas.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, including managing large-scale deals and leading client negotiations.
• Design and execute sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor sub-region performance through KPIs and sales dashboards to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Build alliances and partnerships with industry leaders to understand evolving customer requirements.
• Manage resource allocation and enhance the capability of team members to drive engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or PGDBM in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• In-depth understanding and experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the SPANCO sales cycle and strategic selling.
• Proven ability to analyze Japan market trends and customer ecosystems.
