Manager Sales - Joint Ventures

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue generation from Etihad Airways’ joint ventures.
• Lead transversal projects to optimize commercial infrastructure, including tooling, contracting, and organizational structures.
• Maintain structured reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility on JV performance.
• Lead sales working groups and strategic meetings with joint venture partners to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze performance across global accounts and JV partnerships using market intelligence.
• Track and evaluate KPIs for JV trunk routes and distribution channels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support the development of incentive models, business cases, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Revenue Management, Alliances, IT, and Sales Enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in airline partnerships, revenue management, or global sales.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills with high numerical proficiency.
• Solid understanding of airline commercial and revenue functions.
• Experience managing joint ventures or strategic partnerships is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships across international markets.
