Manager Sales Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial consolidation of trade spend across AOP, monthly forecasts, and month-end close to enable timely reconciliation and actionable insights.
• Own the accrual, reconciliation, and execution of key controls supporting royalties and trade accounting processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quarterly and annual trade audit support.
• Prepare and analyze financial sales reports to deliver insights on revenue performance, trends, and variances.
• Conduct complex analyses to determine ROI and P&L impact of incremental trade investments.
• Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities to both financial and business leaders to influence decision-making.
• Drive the continuous evolution of tools, data visualization, and automation to optimize systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, and improve financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA).
