Manager, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Finmo’s end-to-end sales enablement framework aligned to core ICPs
• Develop repeatable sales playbooks for use cases including cash visibility, forecasting, and FX risk management
• Create and optimize sales-facing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI calculators
• Translate product capabilities into differentiated value propositions for CFOs and finance leaders
• Develop competitive battlecards and equip sales teams with differentiation and objection-handling frameworks
• Design onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for account executives and business development teams
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to analyze funnel metrics and improve conversion rates

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or B2B fintech/SaaS GTM roles
• Strong storytelling and positioning skills for complex fintech products
• Hands-on experience building sales decks, playbooks, and objection-handling frameworks
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Mixpanel
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use funnel and pipeline insights
• Legal right to work in Singapore (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to payments, treasury, or financial infrastructure platforms
