Responsibilities

  • Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently overachieve on aggressive goals
  • Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top of the funnel metrics and revenue influenced
  • Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR talent
  • Coach SDRs to transition into high-performing Corporate Account Executives
  • Lead through inspiration and a results-driven approach

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in high-performing pipeline generation or closing organizations
  • Experience in a fast-growing high technology company
  • Proven track record in attracting, recruiting, and developing talent
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical in execution
  • Data-driven and highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese and English
