About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of 6-8 Sales Development Representatives to achieve revenue targets
  • Design and deliver training workshops focused on prospecting, objection handling, and discovery
  • Drive operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings to motivate the team and align on goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement leaders
  • Optimize SDR processes and strategies by identifying and implementing measurable improvements
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to ensure high talent density and consistent pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team within a SaaS company
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role (preferably as an Account Executive)
  • Proven track record of managing and achieving core KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in New York, NY
