About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of 6-8 Sales Development Representatives to achieve revenue targets
- Design and deliver training workshops focused on prospecting, objection handling, and discovery
- Drive operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings to motivate the team and align on goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement leaders
- Optimize SDR processes and strategies by identifying and implementing measurable improvements
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to ensure high talent density and consistent pipeline growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team within a SaaS company
- 1-3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role (preferably as an Account Executive)
- Proven track record of managing and achieving core KPIs and sales targets
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in New York, NY
