About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 sales development representatives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Design, deliver, and refine regular training and enablement workshops
  • Provide targeted coaching in prospecting, objection handling, and discovery
  • Drive operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy
  • Optimize SDR processes and strategies to identify growth opportunities
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to ensure talent density

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team in a SaaS company
  • 1-3+ years experience in a closing quota carrying role
  • Proven track record of managing to core KPIs and overachieving targets
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in-office 4 days per week
