About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 sales development representatives
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Design, deliver, and refine regular training and enablement workshops
- Provide targeted coaching in prospecting, objection handling, and discovery
- Drive operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy
- Optimize SDR processes and strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to ensure talent density
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team in a SaaS company
- 1-3+ years experience in a closing quota carrying role
- Proven track record of managing to core KPIs and overachieving targets
- Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in-office 4 days per week
