About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota
- Recruit, hire, onboard and ramp SDRs effectively to drive early success in role
- Provide regular coaching, feedback and professional development while prioritizing and maintaining an inclusive, engaged team environment
- Report on individual and team-level performance to senior leadership, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain daily activity goals and weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for various business stakeholders
- Partner with marketing to improve lead scoring and SDR/demand generation processes
- Partner with sales training to improve team prospecting skills, objection handling and product knowledge
- Partner with Sales to improve AE:SDR partnership and prospecting plans
Requirements
- 1+ years SDR management experience with a consistent record of quota attainment
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Strong expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, and social selling
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks like cold calling and writing email copy
- Expert at using LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, and SFDC
