Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify and acquire new clients within the project freight forwarding sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Represent the company at industry events to network with potential clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional sales experience specifically in project freight forwarding
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or sales
• Strong customer orientation and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken English
