About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Factory Automation products including Electric Drive, Control, Linear Technology, and Assembly Technology
- Manage and expand the existing and new channel partner network to achieve zonal sales and distribution goals
- Implement financial discipline and policy deployment across the channel partner network
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to formulate aftermarket strategies
- Develop strategies for acquiring new markets and accounts
- Nurture sales leads to maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline
- Coordinate with technical groups to provide techno-commercial offers
- Drive marketing and promotional activities such as loyalty and reward programs
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development
- B.E. in Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Automation products (Servo Motors, Drives, Motion control, PLCs, VFDs)
- Proven experience handling channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and OEMs
- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office tools
- Strong negotiation, pricing, and networking skills
