Manager Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, Profitability, and ROI
• Develop and manage the sales plan for the territory based on commercial priorities and the Integrated Activity Plan
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors to serve as the leading company contact in the state
• Monitor and guide frontline sales team members on individual performance and relationship management
• Create short-term and long-term sales strategies based on consumer insights and market understanding
• Manage regional budgets, price plans, and liaison with Excise as required
• Ensure excellence in execution by delivering on Pictures of Success targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Leadership roles with responsibility for strategic decision-making
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability and experience managing regional budgets
• Experience in the FMCG, beverage, or alcohol-beverage industry
• First-hand field sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to optimize brand-pack-channel mix to drive volume and market share

• Experience within the Drinks and Lifestyle category
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and build diverse teams
