Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 10+ Sales Assist Representatives
- Drive the team to meet and exceed revenue and customer growth goals
- Identify and run high-impact programs and experiments to improve conversion and expansion
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, chat reviews, and deal reviews
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, growth, and data to translate insights into scalable workflows
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and operational inspection using tools like HubSpot and Gong
- Champion the voice of the customer to product and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- Located in India and able to work 5:00 pm - 1:00 am IST
- 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams
- Experience with horizontal platforms, AI, or automation solutions
- Ability to engage with both technical and business audiences (APIs, integrations, compliance)
- Experience designing and operationalizing growth programs or GTM experiments
- Strong understanding of segmentation, routing, scoring, and prioritization
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
