Manager RRS GCC

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage people and projects across data, ratings, research, and outreach
• Oversee data intake, normalization, and processing while driving technical guidance and process improvements
• Take full responsibility for the quality of deliverables and end-to-end delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) tasks
• Support global data and tech initiatives by defining requirements and coordinating team workloads
• Provide proactive feedback on team output and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Attract, hire, develop, motivate, and retain talented junior analytical staff

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in credit or financial data analysis (structured finance preferred)
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a Qualified CA
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities
• Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI, Agentic AI) and interest in leveraging them for workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or FRM certification
