Responsibilities

• Review, administer, and ensure timely submission of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual Compliance reports
• Maintain familiarity with WPP Media Compliance policies and the WPP Risk and Control Matrix (RCM)
• Scrutinize and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), authorization matrices, and control processes
• Serve as the central coordinator for local ICFR and Internal audits
• Review and assess remediation actions arising from Internal and External audit findings
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance queries
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on WPP policies
• Lead workshops and projects to strengthen the overall governance framework

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• 4–5 years of experience in risk, control, or compliance functions
• Strong background in SOX compliance
• Solid understanding of internal controls, ICFR frameworks, and audit processes
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work independently with high initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
