Manager, Risk Advisory | Enterprise Payments

Responsibilities

• Provide risk consulting and guidance to Payment Operations leadership to prioritize efforts.
• Advise on key initiatives to modernize payment infrastructure, processes, and controls.
• Develop and leverage relationships with functional stakeholders to enable enterprise collaboration.
• Utilize technology and data to develop proactive risk insights and ensure accurate assessments.
• Identify, track, and manage issues and events to ensure timely and responsive remediation.
• Consult on change management efforts to ensure impacts are appropriately assessed and documented.
• Advise business leaders on written and oral responses to audit and regulatory requests.
• Produce high-impact risk reporting to inform leaders and drive appropriate escalations.
• Coach junior risk associates on risk management activities within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of financial industry experience.
• At least 3 years of financial services risk management experience.
• At least 3 years of payments operations experience.
• At least 3 years of experience independently supporting and interacting with internal business clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services risk management experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects.
• 4+ years of Process Management experience.
• 1+ years of People Management or Peer Coaching experience.
• Industry certification such as APRP or AAP.
