Manager Rider Experience & Engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the rider churn reduction strategy with a focus on early-life retention and loyalty frameworks.
• Define and enhance the overall Rider Value Proposition and manage structured recognition programs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual engagement roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage in-app rider communication strategy and establish structured feedback mechanisms like surveys and focus groups.
• Build and manage large-scale B2B partnerships (banks, telecom, retail, etc.) to provide rider benefits.
• Analyze retention data and KPIs such as Churn %, Retention Rate, and RSAT to drive actionable improvements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing a large distributed workforce.
• Extensive professional experience based in the UAE.
• Proven background in logistics, delivery, ride-hailing, or FMCG field operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data dashboards.
• Experience designing and launching incentive, loyalty, or engagement programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build B2B partnerships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
• A field-oriented personality with a strong commercial and negotiation mindset.
