Manager, Revenue Systems & Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the systems and tooling roadmap for Lyft Ads and Lyft Business
• Act as the business-side product owner by gathering requirements and writing PRDs
• Improve core systems including Salesforce and connected RevOps/ad tech tools
• Manage Billing Ops teams and handle cross-LOB prioritization
• Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and CRM Engineering to support commercial workflows
• Lead technical stand-up of billing systems across Ads and Business lines
• Manage Salesforce/RevOps integration workstreams for acquisitions and new markets
• Serve as the RevOps point of contact for access roles and governance

Requirements

• 6+ years in revenue/business operations, product operations, or technical program management
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with admin or architecture-level fluency
• Background in product or program management
• Proven track record of working with technical teams to ship features

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monetization platforms and billing/quote-to-cash systems
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tooling
• Experience scaling RevOps tooling in high-growth environments
