About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives that drive growth across the funnel.
  • Translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs to improve sales execution for core and new products.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding, product training, and enablement experiences to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm, including SKOs and training cadences.
  • Analyze funnel performance and sales data to surface gaps and guide coaching efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, or a related field, ideally within financial services.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, and enablement content.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial leaders to drive impactful enablement programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and modern sales technology stacks (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Highspot).
  • Strong cross-functional management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to coach and develop commercial talent through structured feedback and performance initiatives.
  • Highly organized with a self-starter mentality and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
  • Experience working specifically with EMEA Sales Teams.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows and enablement programs.
  • Experience with data-driven enablement program measurement and iteration.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (Spanish, Dutch, German, or French).
