About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and lead deep-dive analyses into priority strategic topics such as pricing models and onboarding simplification
  • Own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and iteration
  • Drive day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots for assigned initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance teams
  • Support resource planning, goal setting, and annual/three-year planning processes
  • Present insights, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in high-growth tech companies or management consulting
  • Experience in SaaS operations, business operations, strategy, or growth
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including customer research and data analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple business units across various platforms and data sets
  • Experience measuring performance and forecasting to understand customer engagement and opportunities
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced working environments
