About the role
Responsibilities
- Ideate and lead deep-dive analyses into priority strategic topics such as pricing models and onboarding simplification
- Own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and iteration
- Drive day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots for assigned initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance teams
- Support resource planning, goal setting, and annual/three-year planning processes
- Present insights, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in high-growth tech companies or management consulting
- Experience in SaaS operations, business operations, strategy, or growth
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including customer research and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple business units across various platforms and data sets
- Experience measuring performance and forecasting to understand customer engagement and opportunities
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced working environments
