Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professional services consultants and project managers
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Monitor overall team performance by tracking and analyzing statistics and trends
  • Provide regular reporting to the senior Management Team
  • Ensure achievement of clear, measurable objectives for the professional services team
  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting role
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple software implementation projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
