About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cross-channel annual promotional strategy working closely with Sales and Finance teams
- Track promotional plan implementation and measure effectiveness (lift, ROI)
- Manage cross-channel trade budget and oversee pacing to plan
- Conduct periodic market assessments to evaluate category and competitor pricing trends
- Build RGM capabilities and leading material to drive upstream integration of best practices
- Conduct test & learn to identify and validate new growth tactics
- Build out pack price architecture roadmap to inform project pipeline
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on new item launches and optimal roll-out strategy
- Collaborate on FY budget planning and pricing / trade simulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, Planning, or Operations
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of P&L and Revenue Growth levers
- Experience with market intelligence and syndicated data systems (e.g., Circana)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Results-driven mindset
