About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Research and Insights to embed data and insights across the organization
  • Translate research and data into clear, actionable insights using internal sources, third-party tools, and thought leadership
  • Design and manage primary and secondary research projects, including survey design and execution
  • Analyse and synthesise data to tell compelling stories about fans, live music, and brand opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with external research vendors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market research and/or consumer insights (client or agency side)
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including end-to-end project experience
  • Skilled at turning data and metrics into meaningful narratives and stories
  • Proficiency in Q, SPSS, DisplayR, or equivalent statistical software
  • Experience with social listening platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C research
  • Background working across multiple industries
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools for dashboarding and reporting
