Responsibilities

• Conduct a Salesforce audit to consolidate and document a clean core set of reports
• Implement a governance framework including access controls and a standardized KPI dictionary
• Co-own the analytics design for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
• Architect a future-state data layer connecting Dynamics 365 and hardware telemetry using a modern data stack
• Deliver automated executive dashboards and quarterly Board reporting packs
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain for advanced data modeling regarding COGS and inventory
• Promote data literacy and transition teams toward self-service dashboards
• Deploy automated monitoring and exception-alerting for data integrity

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering
• Expert-level SQL skills with cloud warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent transformation tools
• High proficiency in data modeling within Power BI and/or Tableau
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce data model and dashboarding
• Experience with major systems migrations or ERP implementations
• Understanding of inventory, COGS, and manufacturing cycles
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise C-suite leadership
