Manager, Repo & Corporate - Fixed Income Product Control

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily P&L reports for repo and corporate products to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and analyze balance sheets associated with repo and corporate activities
• Implement robust valuation methodologies and controls to ensure pricing integrity
• Collaborate with risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with trading and product strategies
• Maintain adherence to financial regulations and internal policies in all reporting activities
• Partner with trading desks, operations, risk, and accounting teams to provide financial analysis and support business strategy
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy through automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of repo and corporate financial products, including pricing, valuation, and risk profiles
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, VBA, and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for process automation
