About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Renewals Managers supporting SMB and Commercial customers.
- Own team performance against key metrics including retention, forecast accuracy, and productivity.
- Conduct regular forecast and deal reviews to improve negotiation effectiveness and renewal predictability.
- Drive operational excellence through CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline, and process consistency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use portfolio analytics and renewal trends to identify risks and uncover growth opportunities.
- Champion the adoption of new processes, tools, and AI capabilities to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience leading high-performing frontline commercial teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage business metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience driving data quality and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
