Manager – Renewable Energy Projects (Techno Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols at all project sites

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 6–10 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HSE protocols and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools or software
