Manager - Regulatory Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of regulatory projects within the Program Management Office using recognized methodologies like PMBOK
• Develop and prioritize project plans, budgets, and methodologies across various key projects
• Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and lead post-implementation evaluations
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external advisors or supplier financial contacts
• Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets while identifying and resolving operational risks
• Manage supplier invoicing, contracts, and process optimization projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.), math, engineering, or medical fields
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within a regulated industry such as medical products or nutritionals
• Deep knowledge of Global Regulatory processes and regulations
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Strong skills in budgeting, invoicing, and supplier management
• Proven ability to develop and communicate operating goals that align with divisional and corporate objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and refine infrastructure processes
• Previous experience within Abbott or familiarity with cross-divisional operations
