About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of regional learning and development programs.
  • Deliver training classes through live or remote webinar sessions.
  • Conduct needs analyses to ensure talent development initiatives align with strategic organizational plans and core competencies.
  • Design instructional materials and resources, including online courses, video platforms, and training content.
  • Support employee development processes and equip leaders with tools to partner effectively with people managers.
  • Manage external learning vendor accounts and provide analysis of vendor performance.
  • Maintain training activities and data within the Learning Management System (LMS), including report generation and analysis.
  • Consult with employees, managers, and departments on specific training and development issues.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness, including cost, ROI, and participation rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in learning and development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering leadership development content to diverse participant levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent oral presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to travel for on-site support as needed.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APTD, CPLP, or ATD Master Facilitator Certification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in talent management or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated skill in instructional design using blended learning solutions (ILT, VLT, and eLearning).
  • Ability to display original thinking and creativity.
