Manager, Regional Procurement (Direct Materials)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full category management lifecycle for regional categories, including market intelligence gathering and long-term strategy development.
• Manage and assure supply by developing detailed supplier relationship management and business continuity plans.
• Execute "go to market" strategies and achieve commercial outcomes through effective negotiation planning and cross-functional leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and analyze data to maintain a comprehensive view of the balance between supply and demand.
• Lead the performance management process for regional suppliers, including conducting regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with Global Category teams to ensure regional execution aligns with global corporate strategies.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Advanced or Fluent level of English.
• Experience managing suppliers within an industrial or production environment (e.g., commodities, ODM, utilities).
• Proven experience managing complex vendors and suppliers.
