Manager, Recruiting Operations & AI Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Recruiting Coordination team, managing hiring, priorities, and performance
• Own and evolve the recruiting tech stack, including ATS configuration, integrations, and sourcing tools
• Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows to increase recruiter and coordinator efficiency
• Design and maintain recruiting metrics dashboards to track pipeline conversion, time to hire, and capacity
• Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and requisition tracking
• Design hiring manager enablement programs, including structured interview guides and scorecards
• Build documentation and playbooks to codify hiring processes and scale the function
• Own interviewer training programs focused on structured interviewing and bias awareness

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems, or adjacent functions
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven experience deploying AI tools in a recruiting or operational context
• Deep expertise in ATS configuration and optimization
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build data dashboards from scratch
• Systems thinking approach to process improvement
• High agency and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
