Manager - Real Estate Advisory

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate consulting assignments, including project planning, execution, and team management
• Act as the primary contact for client assignments and manage communication with key stakeholders
• Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance for Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Contribute to business development through client sourcing, networking, and proposal preparation
• Manage in-house research databases and oversee continuous updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in real estate consulting, management consulting, or real estate development
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia and deep knowledge of the Saudi real estate market
• Strong understanding of real estate development, finance, feasibility, and research methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia or regionally as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
