Manager-Ratings and Research Support GCC

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage people and projects across data, ratings, research, and outreach.
• Oversee data intake, normalization, and processing while providing technical guidance and driving process improvements.
• Take full responsibility for the quality of deliverables for managed staff and end-to-end delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.
• Support global data and tech initiatives by defining requirements, reviewing complex tasks, and coordinating team workloads.
• Provide proactive feedback on team output quality and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, such as methodology updates or transitions to RRS Global Capability Centers.
• Attract, hire, develop, motivate, and retain talented junior analytical staff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in credit or financial data analysis (structured finance preferred).
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, or a Qualified CA.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI, Agentic AI) and an interest in leveraging these tools for workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or FRM certification.
