Manager Quality/PLM

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
• Design, implement, maintain, and enforce a holistic QMS including document control and ISO certification
• Define and enforce Axiado PLC process from product inception to EOL
• Lead functional groups through the ISO-9001 certification process and compliance
• Manage product quality metrics such as yields, DPPM, FIT rate, RMA, and FA
• Serve as the corporate quality representative to suppliers and customers

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline in advanced semiconductor technology
• Minimum 10 years experience in the semiconductor industry
• Minimum 5 years experience as a team manager
• Expert knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product technologies (CMOS, FinFET), device physics, and reliability metrics
• Ability to travel 10-20%
