Manager, Quality Engineering & IPA

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers and solution developers.
• Define and execute the intelligent automation roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Power Platform, Pega, and Automation Anywhere.
• Oversee the delivery of test automation frameworks and suites using tools like Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, or TestCafe.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Establish governance, standards, and reusable frameworks to scale automation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business units, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, digital process automation, or intelligent automation.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role overseeing technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Pega Systems, and Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with Quality Engineering tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, or TestCafe.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including scripting, API-based automation, and OS interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Power Platform, Pega, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience implementing AI-driven process automation or document understanding solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
