Manager, Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control operations, including the testing and inspection of products to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control staff to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with production, regulatory, and research teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor quality control metrics and prepare reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies across all activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality assurance, or a related field
• Significant experience in quality control or quality assurance
• Proven experience managing quality control operations and understanding regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience in root cause analysis
