Manager Qualité Production

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate internal quality teams to achieve production objectives.
• Communicate strategic orientations and set ambitious, realistic individual goals.
• Support professional development through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Foster a climate of trust, respect, and cohesion to encourage intra-departmental cooperation.
• Manage organizational change by anticipating and explaining evolutions in tools, processes, and organization.
• Drive the reduction of processing times for Quality Deviations and Non-Conformities.
• Develop and implement operational routines for the chemical products quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (HES or HEG) with strong knowledge of quality management.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Experience within the watchmaking industry.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to unite teams and propose proactive solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• High level of discretion, exemplary professional conduct, and commitment.
