Manager-QS & Billing

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction activities including contracts, tendering, and sub-contracting
• Oversee design management, review, and coordination
• Perform value engineering and negotiations
• Exercise quality and cost control measures
• Formulate and implement policies, process flowcharts, and SOPs
• Lead and manage project teams
• Devise contingency and strategic plans
• Represent Colliers International and manage project escalations

Requirements

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 12-15 years of project management experience, preferably in a PMC background
• Proficiency in Excel, MSP, or Primavera
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing basebuild projects for corporate clients
