Manager Public Relations

Responsibilities

• Manage all PR activities for the Ruby Group, including the direction of external agencies and freelancers
• Develop tailored PR strategies for various destinations to make the global brand locally relevant
• Create and maintain compelling press materials for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Plan creative PR activations, such as hotel openings, seasonal campaigns, and strategic partnerships
• Manage the PR budget across all markets to ensure efficient implementation and measurable results
• Build and maintain strong media relationships in key markets in collaboration with local agencies
• Coordinate influencer relations, media partnerships, and local community engagement
• Analyze the impact of PR measures and media coverage to document success for stakeholders

Requirements

• Several years of experience in PR, communications, and brand building
• Proven experience in managing external PR agencies and freelancers
• Strong knowledge of lifestyle brands and storytelling
• Holistic understanding of brand communication, including social media, events, and influencer relations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn creative impulses into actionable measures
• Professional fluency in German (C-Level) and English (B2+)
