Manager Projects (Aircraft Transfers)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of aircraft transfers, including induction planning, technical acceptance, regulatory certification, and redelivery execution.
• Ensure all transfer activities align with contractual terms, airworthiness standards, and business objectives.
• Act as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for lessors and lessor representatives during induction and exit phases.
• Participate in discussions regarding Letter of Intent (LOI) and Lease Agreement (LA) signatures with internal stakeholders.
• Manage aircraft phase-out activities, including the coordination of maintenance slots and defining workscopes.
• Track major project milestones and provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, highlight, and manage major risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, policies, and core processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent vocational certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in commercial aviation.
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing aircraft transitions.
• Strong knowledge of Aviation Regulations and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Fluency in the English language with effective communication skills.
• Note: This position is open to UAE Nationals only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management qualification such as PMP, APM, or PMI membership.
• Proven knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile.
