Manager, Project/Program Management

Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Project Managers in maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies, following up with owners to ensure timely progress
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional contributors to support on-time delivery of project deliverables
• Prepare clear, concise project status updates, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and artifacts in approved tools and repositories
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and actions, and distribute materials to ensure follow-through
• Provide day-to-day coordination support to enable Project Managers to focus on strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in project coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or operational support roles
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a regulated or matrixed environment
• Experience within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
• Formal project management, learning management, or change management certification (e.g., PMI, PROSCI, ATD)
• Direct experience with internally facing initiatives such as process improvement, transformations, or reorganizations
