Manager, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end integration of Operations Business Excellence initiatives into long-term sustenance and operational continuity
• Ensure OSOM projects are aligned with BEO strategic direction and Best in Class (BIC) priorities
• Lead strategic evaluation including environmental scan, feasibility studies, and operational risk assessments
• Identify business gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes
• Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and recommendations with business impact analysis
• Act as the key liaison between management leadership and operational teams
• Facilitate project governance, tracking, and strategic prioritization
• Apply data-driven decision-making through structured analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM), Manufacturing, or Operations environments
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive engagement
• Experience in strategic operations planning and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• AI comprehension regarding operational improvement opportunities
• Familiarity with operational transformation and business process optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• Green belt or Black belt certification
