Manager, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the delivery of moderate to complex projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including project support staff and sub-contractors.
• Plan and direct project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure completion within constraints.
• Establish clear stakeholder expectations and communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities.
• Oversee team performance, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
• Resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems across an organizational matrix.
• Develop and maintain reporting procedures to monitor project control activities and financial issues.

• Proven experience in program and project management.
• Strong team leadership skills with experience managing professional employees.
• Broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external customers.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy and priorities into actionable work products.
