Manager - Project Controls

Responsibilities

• Execute program cost projections and forecasting to ensure consistency in monthly projections
• Oversee program general conditions, cost projections, and project cash flow analysis
• Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate owner billing
• Manage the check selection process and payment release procedures
• Lead the change management team to ensure timely submission and contract compliance
• Develop reporting and metrics to monitor change management backlog health
• Establish and implement scheduling processes and procedures
• Conduct time impact analysis and oversee schedule reviews
• Develop and oversee document control processes for correspondence, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee integration of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes
• Assist in developing and monitoring workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Risk Management, and Quality
• Establish, monitor, and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related construction field
• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience as a Construction Program Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards
• Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
