Manager - Programs/Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of tenders for framework agreements, including RFP creation, technical evaluation, and award strategy
• Manage the entire procurement process and act as Project Manager for various tenders
• Develop complex framework agreements and transition plans from incumbent vendors to new suppliers
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure contract close-outs align with the Annual Purchasing Plan and Efficient Contracting Model
• Lead negotiations regarding Terms and Conditions with contractors and suppliers
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Cyber Security, etc.) and the Contract Management team
• Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure framework and contract performance
• Perform contract auditing to identify and correct issues or misuse of frameworks
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, databases, and variance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Experience working within the infrastructure or construction sector
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing the full tender process, including milestone tracking and stakeholder interaction
• Proven experience negotiating and closing contracts specifically within the utility industry
